Ring Video Doorbell 2

Ring Video Doorbell Alarm – Jordan uses this doorbell and now can’t imagine going back to a regular doorbell that ‘simply rings’. The price takes a mental leap but once you speak to a delivery person at your door whilst out or have the added security of seeing who comes to your door, you will wonder how you survived without it  Amazon UK Link

Arduino Start kit  – Drew likes these Arduino sets but not as much as his son. Drew home schools and these kits help spark the imagination of his his 7 year old as it’s a great balance of education and fun. Worth a try if your child likes Lego, gadgets and those sort of challenges.  Amazon UK Link

The Dip – This book is fantastic on explaining how we lose motivation with our projects when we hit ‘the dip’ and what we can do to overcome this phase and push through to succeed. If you listen to the podcast, it’s clear Jordan is a Seth Godin fanboy having read 8 of his books and many of his daily blog posts. Do check them out and see if they bring you value.  Amazon UK Link

Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Jordan first read this book around 2010 (it was about 10 years old at that time). This version was updated in 2017. Many of the strategies from the original version are still relevant and this version builds on them. Robert Kiyosaki runs a lot of paid seminars, neither of us have attended them but his ideas resonate and this book is a much cheaper way to grasp those concepts.  Amazon UK Link
